Club Olympia had several athletes compete in the 1650 yard (mile) freestyle distance event.   Rebeca Mejia Murguia placed 2nd in the 11-12 division and Nandini Kondhare and Sanaa Kulkarni placing 9th and 10th in the 13-14 division for the girls.

Joining Kulkarni in the boys 1650, yet competing in the open division, was Ty Mayer who placed 6th, Cavan Stilson 13th, Todd Hundley 14th, Lane Mellancamp 15th, Luke Miller 16th, Keaton Stephenson 18th, and Ethan Hall 20th.  As this was a timed final event, all seven scored points for the club.

Club Olympia relay teams competed throughout the weekend across all age groups in both medley and freestyle relays and combined for 12 Top 10 finishes with a top finish of 2nd in the 200 Medley Relay by the 10&U boys team of Gupta, Malviya, Joshi, and Kulkarni.  Those four boys also took 4th in the 200 Medley Relay.  The 8&U girls team took 3rd in both the 100 Medley and 100 Free Relays.

Several 15&O Club Olympia swimmers competed in Sunday morning prelim events and qualified to compete for the Sunday evening finals events but scratched from those finals due to their upcoming high school team schedules this week.

Local Columbus swimmer Brady Beyer, swimming unattached during the 60 day transfer period, competed in the Open 1650 yard (mile) event taking 2nd place overall.  Beyer also placed 1st in the 200 Breast and 3rd in the 200 Back.
